 Tiny little things, but they are brilliant for you, and you can include them in so much. You can toast them and sprinkle over your salads, you can include them in baking, and on fresh bread, you cannot get a better topping. Next time you see this in the markets, pick up a bunch and it cooks down like spinach so you will need alot. I remove the leaves and wash them well and try put them in a little olive oil and garlic, perhaps some fresh ginger, and just steam them down for a couple of minutes, fantastic. The mother ship of Japan's whaling fleet has departed for its annual hunt in the Antarctic, Greenpeace claim.
A Minke Mother and Her Calf

 I was given a bottle of this by a good friend who told me try it and only to use a small amount as it is very powerful.
